Wastewater is collected at the industrial park’s centralized wastewater treatment plant and thoroughly treated to meet required standards before being discharged into the environment.

The centralized wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park has been completed, receiving industrial wastewater from the factory fence.
Phase 1 capacity: 4,000 m3/day and night.
Transportation system:
National Highway 10 section passing through the Industrial Park and An Bai Town according to the approved general planning of An Bai Town has a road width of 42m, a roadbed width of 14m, a 7m wide service road on both sides, a 3m wide median strip between the service road and the National Highway, and a 4m wide sidewalk inside the service road.
The main axis road of the Industrial Park (D1B Road) to the East – South of National Highway 10 is 35m wide, organized as a double road, with a 8m wide roadbed on each side, a 3m wide median strip, and an 8m wide sidewalk on each side. The final section (D3 Road) is 28m wide, with a 12m wide roadbed, and an 8m wide sidewalk on each side.
The industrial park axis road (D1A road) to the West – North of National Highway 10 is 24m wide, the roadbed is 8m, the sidewalks on each side are 8m wide.
The industrial park road to Hoa river port (N1 road) is 24m wide, the roadbed is 12m, the sidewalks on each side are 6m wide.
The industrial park axis road (D2 road has been built) located to the Southeast of National Highway 10 is 17.5m wide, the roadbed is 7.5m, the sidewalks on each side are 5m wide.

Investment incentives policy
Corporate income tax rate: 20%
Tax incentives:
The preferential tax rate is 17% for 10 consecutive years from the first year the enterprise has revenue from the project. After the period of application of this preferential tax rate, the enterprise switches to applying the tax rate of 20%.
Tax exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction for the next 4 years from the time of taxable income.
The tax exemption and reduction period is calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the project;
In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years (from the first year of revenue from the project), the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.
Basis for determining tax incentives: Decree No. 218/2013/ND-CP dated December 26, 2013; No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015.
Import tax: Enterprises are exempted from import tax on imported goods according to the provisions of Article 16 of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 45/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005 and Article 12 of Decree No. 87/2010/ND-CP dated August 13, 2010 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.

工业园区主干道（D1B路）位于10号国道东南方向，宽35米，为双线道路，两侧路基各宽8米，中央隔离带宽3米，人行道各宽8米。最后一段（D3路）宽28米，路基宽12米，人行道各宽8米。

自应税收入发生之日起，免征2年，之后4年减征50%。
减免税期自企业从项目获得应税收入的第一年起连续计算；
如果企业在前三年（从项目获得收入的第一年起）没有应税收入，则减免税期从第四年开始计算。
确定税收优惠的依据：2013年12月26日第218/2013/ND-CP号法令； 2015年11月12日第118/2015/ND-CP号政府令。
进口税：根据2005年6月14日第45/2005/QH11号政府令《进出口税法》第16条和2010年8月13日第87/2010/ND-CP号政府令《关于实施进出口税法若干条款的通知》第12条规定，企业进口货物免征进口税。
