Clean water is supplied from the internal water plant, with a capacity of 120,000 m3/day-night – meeting Vietnam’s water quality standards (QCVN 01:2009/BYT). Raw water is supplied from the Dong canal 220,000 m3/day-night. Water source from Dau Tieng Lake (1.58 billion m3).

Wastewater treatment system

Production wastewater is collected and centrally treated at the internal station with a capacity of 160,000 m3/day-night, meeting type A standards according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before being discharged into Ba Tuoi stream and Cau Duc stream.

Traffic system

The spacious traffic system meets the needs of businesses: Main road: 6 lanes with a road width of 60m; Internal road: 2-4 lanes with a road width of 18-29m. Saigon VRG supports opening more roads when necessary.

Geology

The industrial park has good geology with flat terrain and hard soil, thus saving construction costs when no pile driving is required. The elevation at 12-17m above sea level helps with good drainage, limiting flooding.
