Minh Hưng Sikico Industrial Park located in a strategic location of Binh Phuoc province as well as the Southern Key Economic Zone. The industrial park is directly connected to major cities, airports, and seaports, helping to promote the transportation of goods and trade with neighboring regions.
In addition, the industrial park is also located on the main traffic axis connecting to the Central Highlands, a potential area for supplying materials for industries.

Water supply and drainage system:
Phase 1 water supply plant has a capacity of 6,000m3/day.
The drainage system is provided to each investor to ensure the circulation of production activities here.
Fire prevention and fighting system:
The industrial park is equipped with a water supply station, fire truck station, ambulance station, etc.
The fire prevention and fighting station of the area is also only 5km from the industrial park
Power supply system: 2 power supply stations are designed with a rating of: 110/22 kv
