Chau Duc Industrial Park Located in two communes, Nghia Thanh and Suoi Nghe, Chau Duc district, invested by Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company, built since 2007 with a scale of 2,287 hectares, Chau Duc Industrial Park has been completing technical infrastructure, at the same time, many factories in the industrial park are being completed quickly by the investor to meet the demand for renting factories in Chau Duc Industrial Park in particular and the demand for renting production factories in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province in general.

  • Basic chemical production industry (generating industrial wastewater);
  • Steel refining from scrap iron and steel using discontinuous furnace technology;
  • Industries that are limited in attracting and not attracting investment in Ba Ria Vung Tau province according to Directive 43-CT/TU dated August 6, 2014 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Investment incentives policy

Preferential corporate income tax rate of 17% for a period of ten (10) years (according to Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the Government).

Exemption from corporate income tax for 2 years and 50% reduction of tax payable for the next 4 years (Clause 4, Article 19 of Circular No. 78/2014/TT-BTC dated June 18, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance).

Chau Duc Industrial Park Project Evaluation

Chau Duc Industrial Park has a relatively favorable location with Hoi Bai – Chau Pha – Da Bac – Phuoc Tan road connecting directly from Cai Mep deep-water port cluster to the Project and the main axis of the Industrial Park connecting to National Highway 56 in the South.

Chau Duc Industrial Park is built on an area with good geology, the load-bearing capacity of the ground reaches from 9.1 tons to 31.68 tons. Because of the hard ground, construction at Chau Duc Industrial Park saves a lot of costs on foundation treatment, and at the same time has the ability to ensure projects using heavy-duty machinery.

Support customers in applying for Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate, procedures for applying for seals and tax codes; prepare Environmental Impact Assessment Reports; Apply for construction permits, electricity and water connections, installation of telephone, telecommunications, Internet systems, and recruitment of personnel (Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company will accompany land-leasing customers throughout the process of carrying out the above procedures, however, any related costs will be paid by the customer).
