Investment incentives policy

New investment projects in Tan Duc Industrial Park will enjoy corporate income tax (CIT) incentives according to Clause 3, Article 15 and Clause 3, Article 16, Decree No. 218/12/2013 as follows:

• First 2 years: 0% CIT exemption (from the year of taxable income)
• Next 4 years: Pay CIT rate of 8.5% (50% reduction)
• Last 4 years of the incentive period: Pay CIT rate of 17%
• After the incentive period, the prescribed CIT rate is 20%

In addition, import tax exemption for imported goods according to detailed regulations in Decree 87/2010/ND-CP dated August 13, 2010 of the Government.
