  • First 2 years: 0% CIT exemption (from the year of taxable income)
  • Next 4 years: Pay CIT rate of 8.5% (50% reduction)
  • Last 4 years of the incentive period: Pay CIT rate of 17%
  • After the incentive period, the prescribed CIT rate is 20%

In addition, import tax exemption for imported goods according to detailed regulations in Decree 87/2010/ND-CP dated August 13, 2010 of the Government.
