Ho Nai Industrial Park is the largest industrial park project in Dong Nai province, located in the East of Bien Hoa city. Belonging to two administrative units: Bien Hoa city and Trang Bom province.

Ho Nai Industrial Park is located in the East of Bien Hoa City, in the area of ​​two administrative units of Dong Nai Province, Bien Hoa City and Trang Bom District.

Adjacent to Ho Nai Industrial Park includes:

  • The North borders the existing North-South railway line, in the long-term planning will be the Trang Bom (Dong Nai) – Hoa Hung (Saigon) high-speed railway line and an asphalt road about 01 km connecting to National Highway 1A to Bien Hoa City or to the Central and Northern provinces.
  • The South borders the residential area (current status) and is about 1.5 km from National Highway 1A (Bien Hoa City bypass section).
  • The East borders the existing residential area with the asphalt road connecting National Highway 1A (Bien Hoa City bypass section) and extending to National Highway 51, which is planned to be the belt road of Bien Hoa City in the future.

The West borders the National Defense land.

Infrastructure of Ho Nai Industrial Park

Traffic System

The main road system has a road width of 40m to 45m with 02 lanes, the road surface is 12m to 15m wide, connecting the industrial park with National Highway 1A and the bypass of Bien Hoa City; the road surface structure is hot asphalt concrete and cement concrete. The internal traffic system has a road width of 24m to 28m with two lanes, the road surface is 8m to 12m wide; the road surface structure is hot asphalt concrete and cement concrete.

Power supply system

Using national power source through 220/22KV station with a capacity of 40MVA invested by Dong Nai Electricity Company Limited and in the future will be upgraded to 80MVA.

Water supply system

Using water source from Long Binh water plant (Bien Hoa city) of Dong Nai Water Supply Construction Company Limited with current capacity of 200,000m3/day and night.

Wastewater treatment

  • Phase I centralized wastewater treatment plant (in operation) with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night, treats to the limit value in column A of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
  • Phase II centralized wastewater treatment plant (under construction) with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night, treats to the limit value in column A of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
  • Wastewater from factories must be treated to the limit value in column B of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before being discharged into the industrial park’s collection system.

Fire fighting system

Fire hydrants are installed according to regulations on approved fire prevention routes in Ho Nai Industrial Park.

Drainage system

The rainwater drainage system is collected through pipes along the roads and flows into natural streams in the Industrial Park (with the ability to drain very quickly).

Telecommunication

The system is connected to the telecommunications network of Dong Nai Provincial Post Office through Ho Nai Industrial Park Post Office. The switchboard capacity of Ho Nai Industrial Park is 3,600 numbers, building and installing a 1.5 km underground cable line with a total capacity of 3,600 pairs from Ho Nai Industrial Park Post Office.

Phase 1: Area scale 225.71 ha – currently 120 ha has been leased, reaching 80% of the leased land area.

该电站采用国家电源,由同奈电力有限公司投资建设,容量为40兆伏安(MVA),未来将升级至80兆伏安。

供水系统

水源来自同奈供水建设有限公司旗下的龙平水厂(位于边和市),目前供水能力为20万立方米/日/夜。

废水处理

  • 一期集中式污水处理厂(已投入运营),处理能力为4,000立方米/日/夜,处理量达到QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT法规A栏中的限值。
  • 二期集中式污水处理厂(在建),处理能力为4,000立方米/日/夜,处理量达到QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT法规A栏中的限值。
  • 工厂废水必须经过处理,达到QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT法规B栏中的限值,才能排入工业园区的收集系统。
