The old investor of the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Expansion Project was the Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company. According to Decision No. 1519/TTg-CN of the Prime Minister dated October 6, 2005, the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Expansion transferred to the new investor, Saigon-Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company.
