The old investor of the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Expansion Project was the Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company. According to Decision No. 1519/TTg-CN of the Prime Minister dated October 6, 2005, the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Expansion transferred to the new investor, Saigon-Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company. This is one of the large and prestigious industrial parks in Da Nang located in a complex of architecture including industrial parks, urban areas, entertainment and service areas with a total planned area of ​​132.6 hectares.

The project is located in an area with a large concentration of workers and abundant labor resources for businesses investing in projects in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Expansion.
