Dong Xoai 3 IP The detailed planning project was approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province in Decision No. 82/QD-UBND on the planning of Dong Xoai III industrial park on January 14, 2009. The project is invested by Binh Phuoc Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and has been granted an investment certificate and a construction permit.

External traffic:
Provincial Road 741 is about 500m east of the industrial park.
Ho Chi Minh Road (the section bypassing Dong Xoai town) is about 400m north of the northern boundary of the industrial park.
The road leading to the industrial park from the East-West direction from Provincial Road 741, next to the southern boundary of the industrial park, has a road width of 36m.
Main roads of the industrial park:
Road No. 3A: is the main road along the North-South axis, perpendicular to the road leading to the industrial park and is also the landscape axis of the industrial park. Road width of 35m.
Road No. 3B: continues at the intersection of Road No. 3A and Road No. 8, continues to the North, connecting with Ho Chi Minh Road (section bypassing Dong Xoai town). Road width of 31m.
Road No. 1A: parallel to Road No. 3 to the East, from the road leading to the industrial park to Road No. 8. Road width 28m.

Power supply system
The power supply for the Industrial Park is the national grid via the 110KV high voltage line and the 110/22kV transformer station. Connected on the 110KV Tri An – Dong Xoai line to supply Dong Xoai 3.
Electricity price: paid directly to Binh Phuoc Electricity Company according to the state price at the time of use.
Water supply and drainage system
The water supply for the Industrial Park is taken from the common water supply system of Dong Xoai town with the water supply pipeline on Provincial Road 741.
Clean water price: paid directly to Binh Phuoc Water Supply Company according to the state price at the time of use.
Wastewater treatment system
Construct an underground sewer system with a diameter of F300mm – F800mm through factories to collect wastewater and bring it to a treatment plant with a capacity of Q=4,000m3/day located at a low-lying location (North) of the industrial park.
Wastewater after the treatment plant meets standard type A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) and is discharged into the B2000 canal and led to Suoi Da, the starting point of Cai Be stream, and led to Song Be.
Wastewater treatment price: will be announced after the wastewater treatment plant is put into operation.
Telecommunication system
The communication system for Dong Xoai III Industrial Park – Dong Xoai town provides full services for agencies and factories in the Industrial Park.
Subscription price: paid directly to the telecommunications service provider.

供电系统
工业园区的电力由国家电网通过110千伏高压线路和110/22千伏变电站供电。接入110千伏治安-同泽线路，为同泽3号供电。
电价：根据使用时的国家电价，直接支付给平福电力公司。
供排水系统
工业园区供水采用同泽镇公共供水系统，供水管道位于741省道。
净水价格：使用时按照国家价格直接支付给平福供水公司。
污水处理系统
建设一条直径为F300毫米至F800毫米的地下污水管道系统，穿过工厂，收集污水并将其输送至位于工业园区北部低洼地带、处理能力为Q=4,000立方米/天的污水处理厂。
污水经处理厂处理后，达到A类标准（QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT）后排入B2000运河，并汇入蔡贝河的源头索伊达，最终汇入松贝河。
污水处理价格：待污水处理厂投入运营后另行公布。
电信系统
同泽三工业区（同泽镇）的电信系统为工业区内的机构和工厂提供全方位服务。
