Internal traffic system: reasonably designed to ensure smooth traffic throughout the industrial park. The system is designed as follows:
- The main roads in the industrial park are 40 m wide – 4 lanes
- The branch roads in the industrial park are 22 m wide – 2 lanes
All internal roads are designed and constructed in strict compliance with national regulations, and are finished with Asphalt concrete. Internal roads are also equipped with a complete, aesthetic high-pressure lighting system

Power supply system: Power supply to the industrial park is taken from the 110/35/22KV transformer station. High voltage power grid is provided along the internal traffic in the industrial park.
Water supply system: Clean water is supplied with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day-night by Dong Nai Water Supply Company Limited. Water is supplied to the factory fence by an international standard water supply pipe system.
Water and waste treatment system: Wastewater is collected to the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant for treatment to meet water standard A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the general system of the industrial park. The wastewater treatment plant is built with a treatment capacity of 6,000 m3/day-night – Phase 1 is 2,000 m3/day-night.
Waste is classified, collected and transported out of the industrial park by factories in the industrial park to avoid environmental pollution
The exhaust gas of the factories is installed with a filtering system according to national standards before being discharged into the natural environment
Communication system: the industrial park is installed with an underground communication cable system and is supplied to the factory fence by an international standard cable system
Through the connection system between the industrial park’s communication center through the postal and telecommunications network, all communication needs are guaranteed and are capable of providing all necessary services such as: Private switchboard, international telephone, remote conference, private channel, high-speed internet, email, etc.
Fire prevention and fighting system: the industrial park is installed with a warning, prevention and fighting system that strictly complies with national regulations
Fire hydrants are installed at internal traffic hubs, and at every factory to ensure effective protection of the entire area against fire and explosion incidents

水和废水处理系统：废水收集至工业园区污水处理厂，处理后达到A级水标准（QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT），然后排入工业园区的常规系统。污水处理厂的建设规模为6,000立方米/日夜，一期工程的建设规模为2,000立方米/日夜。
工业园区内的工厂对废弃物进行分类、收集和运输，以避免环境污染。
工厂的废气均按照国家标准安装过滤系统，然后排放到自然环境中。
通讯系统：工业园区铺设地下通讯电缆系统，并通过国际标准电缆系统接入厂区围栏。
通过工业园区通讯中心与邮电网络的连接系统，所有通讯需求均得到保障，并可提供所有必要的服务，例如：专用交换机、国际电话、远程会议、专用信道、高速互联网、电子邮件等。
消防系统：工业园区安装有严格符合国家规定的预警、预防和灭火系统。
