The 110kV Tuy Ha transformer station is connected and supplied with 110kV power from the National Power System through the 220\/110kV Long Binh transformer station with a stable power source, ensuring quality.- Voltage supply for factories: 22kV<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    INVESTMENT INCENTIVES<\/h3>\n

    • 1. Corporate income tax rate: 20%
      \n2. Tax incentives:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      – The preferential tax rate is 17% for 10 consecutive years from the first year the enterprise has revenue from the project. After the period of applying this preferential tax rate, the enterprise will switch to applying the tax rate of 20%.<\/p>\n

      • 3. Tax exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction for the next 4 years from the date of taxable income.><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        + The tax exemption and reduction period is calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the project;<\/p>\n

        + In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years (from the first year of revenue from the project), the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Basis for determining tax incentives: Decree No. 218\/2013\/ND-CP dated December 26, 2013; No. 118\/2015\/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015. 4. Import tax: Enterprises are exempted from import tax on imported goods according to the provisions of Article 16 of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 45\/2005\/QH11 dated June 14, 2005 and Article 12 of Decree No. 87\/2010\/ND-CP dated August 13, 2010 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          INVESTMENT PROCEDURES IN NHON TRACH INDUSTRIAL PARK 1<\/h3>\n

          1. Investors learn about industrial park information and land lease conditions with IDICO.<\/p>\n

          2. Agree on the conditions to sign a Land Lease Memorandum with IDICO:<\/p>\n

          – The Land Sublease Memorandum is valid for 04 months;<\/p>\n

          – Deposit to hold the land equivalent to 10,000 USD\/ha. The deposit will be deducted from the payments according to the official Land Sublease Agreement;<\/p>\n

          – During the 04-month period of the Land Sublease Memorandum, the investor will carry out the procedures to be granted an Investment Certificate; Establish a Project enterprise to be able to sign a Contract with IDICO.<\/p>\n

          3. Procedures to be performed:<\/p>\n

          3.1. Carry out the procedure for requesting approval of the investment policy with the Investment Registration Agency (Time 15-30 days).<\/p>\n

          3.2. After the investment policy is approved, the Investor continues to carry out the procedure for granting the Investment Registration Certificate (Time about 15 days);<\/p>\n

          3.3. At the same time, carry out the procedure for preparing and requesting approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report at the EIA Appraisal and Approval Agency (Time about 60-90 days).<\/p>\n

          3.4. After receiving the Investment Registration Certificate, the Investor carries out the procedure for establishing a Project Enterprise (Time within ~3 days)<\/p>\n

          3.5. Within 30 days from the date of being granted the Investment Certificate, the Investor signs a Land Sublease Contract with IDICO.<\/p>\n

          3.6. Carrying out procedures for granting a Construction Permit:<\/p>\n

          – After the Investor signs the Land Lease Contract; At the same time, the Project has its Environmental Impact Assessment Report approved; The Fire Prevention and Fighting Design is approved, the Investor carries out procedures for applying for a Construction Permit.<\/p>\n
