VSIP 1 Industrial Park Project Overview

VSIP 1 Industrial Park is the first project of the Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited, built and developed by former Prime Minister of Vietnam Vo Van Kiet and former Prime Minister of Singapore Goh Chok Tong as the honored guests representing the two Governments at the Groundbreaking Ceremony on May 14, 1996.

VSIP I has now become one of the model industrial parks with the achievements of a leading industrial park in Vietnam. With 100% coverage area, VSIP I has attracted 231 projects with a total investment capital of about 3.2 billion USD. VSIP I also created 95,000 jobs for workers and contributed to the industrialization, modernization and urbanization of Binh Duong province.

VSIP I has also been very successful in forming complex projects of Trade Center – Service – Housing to create a living, entertainment and working environment in the Industrial Park. A typical example is the luxury apartment project The Habitat Binh Duong.

VSIP 1 industrial Park owns a strategic location in Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province. When the project is adjacent to 2 main roads, National Highway 13 and Road DT743, located in an area considered the center of the Southern economic focus.

Meanwhile, Binh Duong Province is considered one of the provinces with the most strongly developing new economy with investment from major foreign partners. Therefore, the GDP of Binh Duong Province is much more outstanding than the remaining provinces in the country.
