Linh Trung 3 Export Processing Zone is a joint venture project between Vietnam and China. The Chinese side is China Electric Import-Export Company Limited, the Vietnamese side is Tan Thuan Industrial Development One Member Limited Liability Company. The total investment capital of the project is 65,500,000 USD, the legal capital is 17,000,000 USD, each side contributes 50% of the capital, the total area of the zone is 327.50 hectares. Linh Trung Export Processing Zone includes: Zone I, Zone II and Zone II.

Linh trung 3 export processing zone Equipped with international standard infrastructure system including:
Electricity supply:
Electricity supply meets Vietnam standard TCVN1985-1994.
Water supply:
Water supply meets Vietnam standard TC 505/BYT. The water plant has the capacity to supply 15,000m3/day.
Telecommunication system:
There are about 1,500 IDD telephone lines supplying factories in the area.
Wastewater treatment:
Wastewater is preliminarily treated at the factory to meet Industrial Park standards before being discharged from factories and will be centrally treated at the wastewater treatment plant of the area to meet TCVN40:2011/BTNMT standards when discharged into the drainage system outside the area. The wastewater treatment plant has the capacity to treat 10,000m3/day.
Internal roads:
The internal road system is paved with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to VN standard H18-H30.
Current status of land use planning of Linh Trung III Export Processing Zone
Linh Trung III Export Processing Zone started infrastructure construction in May 2003. Currently, compensation and site clearance work has been completed, more than 90% of the total infrastructure construction work has been completed, and approximately more than 125 hectares of land are ready for lease.

Priority areas for investment attraction
Linh Trung 3 Export Processing Zone selects, prioritizes and encourages enterprises with high-tech machinery content, limiting the attraction of enterprises with outdated machinery, at risk of causing environmental pollution and labor-intensive.
Investment incentives policy
No VAT applied to export processing enterprises.
Exemption from export tax during the project implementation period
Exemption from tax for 2 years and 50% reduction of tax payable for the next 4 years.
Apply corporate income tax rate of 17%: for the first 10 years from the time the enterprise starts production / operation.
In addition, depending on the main business line registered by the Investor, the Investor will consider applying for approval to enjoy corporate income tax incentives at different levels. For details, investors need to contact legal consultants and land lawyers to be updated on the latest preferential policies of Tay Ninh province for industrial parks and export processing zones.

灵忠三出口加工区土地利用规划现状
灵中三出口加工区于2003年5月开始基础设施建设。目前，补偿和场地清理工作已完成，基础设施建设总量已完成90％以上，约125多公顷土地可供租赁。
