Xuan Loc Industrial Park Construction began in 2005 in Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai Province. Xuan Loc Industrial Park has a great advantage in transporting goods with its location next to National Highway 1, the main North-South traffic axis of Vietnam and a relatively close distance from Xuan Loc Industrial Park to locations such as Gia Ray railway station, Ho Chi Minh City – Dau Giay – Long Thanh highway and Phu My port.

Wastewater treatment system:

Total capacity: 1,000 m3/day, combined biological and physical-chemical treatment technology.
Wastewater after treatment according to standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, column A. Wastewater treatment fee (excluding VAT): VND 7,282/m3 (» USD 0.32/m3).

Rainwater drainage system:

Designed and built separately from the wastewater collection system. Drainage lines are arranged along the roads, discharging directly into rivers and streams according to the natural terrain. The general rainwater collection system of the Industrial Park includes reinforced concrete round sewers with a diameter of D≥1,000mm and box culverts with a load capacity of D>1,000mm.

Wastewater collection system:

Using reinforced concrete sewers with a load capacity of H10 to collect all wastewater from enterprises in Xuan Loc Industrial Park and connecting
to the centralized wastewater treatment plant of the Industrial Park.
