平福省位于越南南部重点经济区（SKER），是越南最大的经济和消费区。

Compared to other developed provinces in the SKER region (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City), Binh Phuoc has very strong development potential due to:
▪ Large vacant land fund
▪ Inheriting well-developed infrastructure from neighboring province (Binh Duong)
▪ Due to the province’s geographical advantage (connecting the Central Highlands and the Mekong Delta), Binh Phuoc can develop into an agricultural processing center.
▪ Binh Phuoc’s economic structure is shifting in the right direction, in which the proportion of agriculture is decreasing and the proportion of industry, construction and services in GDP is increasing.

With existing internal strengths, correct development orientations and preferential investment policies, Binh Phuoc is expected to attract a series of foreign investment capital. Therefore, the province can enhance its business environment and closely integrate into the regional and national economy in the coming time.
