Main road system with 67m wide road strip, 4 lanes paved with concrete. Secondary road system with 30m wide road strip, 2 lanes paved with asphalt concrete.
Electricity system
Power source is taken from 2 dedicated 22KV transmission lines from Cua Lo Transformer Station, with a capacity of 65 MVA. The 110kV transmission line will be provided by EVN upon request.
Public lighting system
The street lighting network is designed separately from the domestic power supply system, arranged along the traffic routes.
Water system
Water supply 5,000-20,000 m3/day-night (with the ability to expand). Standard water supply: 30 m3/hectare/day. Water source from Cam River. Water is supplied by WHAUP Nghe An Joint Stock Company.
Storage and rainwater drainage system
The rainwater drainage system is separate from the wastewater drainage system. All rainwater will be discharged into the drainage channel of the Industrial Park.
The 4.3m high anti-flooding dike is equipped with a drainage pump system. Internal drainage system, sewer system and water pipes receive discharge from the land areas.
Waste treatment
Solid waste in the industrial park will be collected at the transfer station, where solid waste is classified at the source and then transported to the treatment area.
Wastewater treatment
Primary and secondary aeration basins (AL) and artificial wetland system with a capacity of 3,200-9,000 m3/day-night (with the possibility of expansion). Wastewater treatment is provided by WHAUP Nghe An Joint Stock Company.
