Rainwater drainage system, flood prevention:

- Vam Co River hydrology: Every October, the water level is +1.40m, every 100 years the water level is +1.65m. Internal road elevation of the Industrial Park is +2.1m. Factory elevation is +2.3m, exceeding the safe elevation (+1.9m).
Wastewater treatment plant:
- Area 15,000 m2. Phase 1 capacity: 2,500 m3/day, phase 2: up to 5,000 m3/day depending on the investor’s needs.
- Pipeline 600 – 800. Enterprises internally treat wastewater according to standard B – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
- Industrial park treats wastewater according to standard A – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
- Industrial park invests in automatic monitoring station to check wastewater before discharging into Rach Chanh.
