9. Business registration certificate of the selling and purchasing companies (latest copy). Investment registration certificate of the purchasing company at the location of the land purchased to implement the project. Business registration certificate of the selling company.
10. VAT invoice of the selling company issued to the buyer
11. Authorization letter to submit and receive documents
