Hoa Khanh Industrial Park is the second industrial park in Da Nang City to be planned and developed, with a total planned area of ​​up to 423.5 hectares. The project is invested by Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company.

This is one of three industrial park projects that have been 100% filled with investors, with many large investors from Japan. The total FDI projects in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park account for more than 50% of the projects currently operating here.

Power supply:

Power is taken from the 110/35/22KV transformer station with a capacity of 25MVA and is equipped with a backup power plant when necessary. Thanks to that, the power system of the industrial park is always maintained and stable.

Water supply:

The water plant has a capacity of 24,000m3/day and night, ensuring the input water source for all enterprises operating in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.

Communication information:

The standard communication system is provided by major network operators such as Viettel, VNPT, FPT, … with full Internet, Fax, mobile phone services, … ensuring fast and smooth communication both domestically and internationally.

Drainage system:

The drainage system is built separately and completely. Wastewater is centrally treated at a factory with a capacity of 5,000m3/day and night under the management of Hanoi Urban One Member Co., Ltd., achieving quality level B according to the state standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before being discharged into the environment.

Traffic:

The traffic system inside and outside the industrial park is invested synchronously, ensuring all traffic activities and transportation of goods for large-tonnage vehicles.

Advantages:

The ownership period for investors is still short, less than 30 years, so there will be some difficulties in calculating investment plans to develop projects here.

Currently, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park limits the issuance of new projects for warehouse and logistics leasing.
