Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Hai Phong is an industrial park with a special design linked to the seaport system – the logistics chain of Northern Vietnam. The industrial park has a prime location at the gateway to the sea, enjoying full benefits from the seaport system of Hai Phong. This is also the only industrial park in Vietnam with an internal seaport – Nam Dinh Vu Port. The area has a wide turning area (300 meters) allowing the reception of ships with a maximum tonnage of up to 40,000 DWT.

Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Located in the main axis of the Northeast economic triangle including Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh. At the same time, the area is fully connected to the national transport network and close to important traffic routes:

Power supply system:

Power is supplied continuously and stably through the 110/22KV transformer station with a capacity of 4 x 63 MVA (phase 1: 63 MVA).
Medium voltage network (22KV) is provided along the internal traffic routes in the Industrial Park.

Phase 1 (370ha): Land area ready for immediate handover >100ha.

Investment incentives policy

Because it is located in Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, investors enjoy the following special incentives:

Corporate income tax:

  • The corporate income tax rate is 10% (ten percent) for 15 (fifteen) years, calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has revenue from activities enjoying tax incentives and 20% (twenty percent) in the following years
  • Tax exemption for 04 (four) years, 50% (fifty percent) reduction of payable tax for the next 09 (nine) years, calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the investment project; In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years, from the first year of having revenue from the investment project, the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.
