Currently, the industrial park has filled 100% of its area, with many investors from many different countries investing in developing factories in the industrial park, typically the following companies: Hwasung Vina Company, Posco VST Company, Tong Cook Company…
– The preferential tax rate is 17% for 10 consecutive years from the first year the enterprise has revenue from the project. After the period of applying this preferential tax rate, the enterprise will switch to applying the tax rate of 20%.
+ The tax exemption and reduction period is calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the project;
+ In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years (from the first year of revenue from the project), the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.
1. Investors learn about industrial park information and land lease conditions with IDICO.
2. Agree on the conditions to sign a Land Lease Memorandum with IDICO:
– The Land Sublease Memorandum is valid for 04 months;
– Deposit to hold the land equivalent to 10,000 USD/ha. The deposit will be deducted from the payments according to the official Land Sublease Agreement;
– During the 04-month period of the Land Sublease Memorandum, the investor will carry out the procedures to be granted an Investment Certificate; Establish a Project enterprise to be able to sign a Contract with IDICO.
3. Procedures to be performed:
3.1. Carry out the procedure for requesting approval of the investment policy with the Investment Registration Agency (Time 15-30 days).
3.2. After the investment policy is approved, the Investor continues to carry out the procedure for granting the Investment Registration Certificate (Time about 15 days);
3.3. At the same time, carry out the procedure for preparing and requesting approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report at the EIA Appraisal and Approval Agency (Time about 60-90 days).
3.4. After receiving the Investment Registration Certificate, the Investor carries out the procedure for establishing a Project Enterprise (Time within ~3 days)
3.5. Within 30 days from the date of being granted the Investment Certificate, the Investor signs a Land Sublease Contract with IDICO.
3.6. Carrying out procedures for granting a Construction Permit:
– After the Investor signs the Land Lease Contract; At the same time, the Project has its Environmental Impact Assessment Report approved; The Fire Prevention and Fighting Design is approved, the Investor carries out procedures for applying for a Construction Permit.
– After being granted a Construction Permit, the Investor proceeds to implement the Project construction.
