Traffic system Traffic routes in KCN include:

  • The Central Road has a cross-section of Bn = 51m
  • The subdivision axes have a cross-section of Bn = 22.5m ÷ 33m
  • The internal roads in each functional area have a cross-section of Bn = 8m ÷ 15m.

Drainage system Drainage in the High-tech Park is designed in a separate drainage direction, specifically as follows:

  • Wastewater drainage system: dirty water flows into the sewer system and is then cleaned at treatment plants before being discharged into receiving sources (rivers, lakes, etc.).
  • Rainwater drainage system: there is a separate sewer system and rainwater collection pits, leading directly to receiving sources (rivers, lakes, etc.).

Wastewater drainage system: Build a completely separate drainage system to drain wastewater for Da Nang High-Tech Park. In the high-tech zone, there are 2 key technical infrastructure works and a waste treatment station.

  • Station 1: mainly focuses on collecting and transferring solid waste, area scale: 0.8 ha. Station 2: invests in a wastewater treatment plant, area scale: 02 ha.
  • Capacity: 18,000 m3/day.night (04 modules), ensuring thorough treatment of wastewater from the High-Tech Park to meet current environmental technical standards QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT – Column B with coefficients Kq=0.9 and Kf=0.9 before discharging.

Water supply system The water source for the High-Tech Park is expected to be taken from the Hoa Lien Water Plant with a capacity of 240,000 m3/day. Currently, the plant is in the investment preparation stage and will be completed in 2018. In the first phase, when the Hoa Lien Water Plant is not completed, the High-Tech Park will be temporarily supplied with water from the D225 pipeline on the Hai Van Tunnel South bypass. The water source is taken from the DT602 booster pump station; the pump station has a capacity of 120 m3/h, H = 70m. Power supply system The power supply plan for the High-Tech Park is to build the Hoa Lien 110/22kV station, with a capacity of 2x63MVA. It is expected that in 2015, 01 63MVA transformer will be put into operation first. The 110kV double-circuit power line supplying the station will be connected to the 110kV Hoa Khanh – Hai Van Tunnel line.

Communication system

KCNC will have information technology and communications infrastructure to ensure smooth communication and connection, high-quality transmission lines, confidentiality, safety and network security.

Currently, there are 2 Japanese companies, Hatsuta (location J04-01) and Inaba (location J04-02) renting at Lot J4. Long Hau is continuing to build 2 more factories at locations J4-03 (area 3,226m2) and J04-04 (area 6,048 m2).
