Overview of Minh Hung 3 Industrial Park project

Minh Hưng 3 Industrial Park was established in 2008, with Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company as the investor, with founding shareholders being member companies under the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. The industrial park was built with the criteria of becoming a standard industrial park project of Binh Phuoc province, friendly to the environment.

Up to now, Minh Hung III industrial park has completed its infrastructure, attracting more than 20 domestic and foreign projects with an occupancy rate of over 90%. Currently, the industrial park is implementing the expansion of the industrial park phase 2 with an expanded area of ​​about 577 hectares.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • VAT is applied to goods & services consumed in Vietnam & collected through production, trade & distribution of services
  • Applicable tax rates are 0%; 5% & 10%
