Traffic system:

Power supply system: Power is supplied from the national grid through the 110 kV Ky Ha Chu Lai transformer station, providing stable power for the Industrial Park.

Water supply system: Clean water is supplied by Tam Hiep Water Plant with a total capacity of 20,000 m3/day and night, ensuring 24/24 supply, connected to the fences of enterprises.

Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment plant treats all factories in the Industrial Park with a capacity of 1,900 m3/day and night, receiving wastewater from the factory fence and leading it to the Industrial Park’s common wastewater treatment area for treatment.

Telecommunication system: The telecommunication system meets international standards, fully meeting the needs of communication, high-speed data transmission and domestic and international postal services (Viettel, VNPT…).

The specialized unit will provide full requirements for the Investor.

Current status of land use planning in Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park

Total area of ​​the industrial park is 361.4 ha, of which (updated on December 31, 2020):

  • Phase 1: 176.9 ha has been invested in complete infrastructure, of which industrial land for lease is: 143.8 ha, 88.5% of the land has been leased;
  • Phase 2: 184.5 ha, 50% of the area has been invested in infrastructure construction, of which industrial land for lease is 140.1 ha, 24.5% of the land has been leased, currently investing in infrastructure for the remaining area. Available land for lease is 32.7 ha.

Investing in Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park, Investors have the right to choose and decide on the form of project implementation (regardless of domestic and foreign investors) and enjoy the highest preferential policies of the Government for Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.

Regarding the land:

Land lease term: 50 years.
Factories of Enterprises are built on land with synchronous infrastructure, electricity, water, postal and telecommunications services are provided to the foot of the factory campus.

Regarding taxes:

Corporate income tax rate: 10% for 15 years; exemption for 4 years from the time of taxable income and 50% reduction for the next 9 years.
50% reduction in personal income tax for people with taxable income.
Import tax: Exemption from import tax for goods creating fixed assets; exemption from import tax for the first 5 years for raw materials, supplies, semi-finished components that are not yet produced domestically and are imported to serve production.

Other support: In addition to the above incentives, Investors are leased land and exempted from all land rent to build workers’ housing; vocational training support according to regulations of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee and Chu Lai Open Economic Zone Management Board.

土地租赁期限:50年。

税收方面:

企业所得税税率:10%,为期15年;自应税收入之日起免征4年,之后9年减征50%。
个人所得税:对有应税收入的个人,减征50%。
进口税:对构成固定资产的货物免征进口税;对国内尚未生产,为生产而进口的原材料、物料和半成品零部件,前5年免征进口税。
