Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park has an area of ​​2,448 hectares, located in Chon Thanh town, Binh Phuoc province, with a favorable geographical location, located at the northern gateway of the Southern Key Economic Zone and is a locality that plays an important role as a gateway connecting the provinces of the Southeast with the provinces of the Central Highlands and the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The connection between National Highway 13 and National Highway 14 are the main routes connecting Binh Phuoc province with Binh Duong province and neighboring provinces. The Ho Chi Minh route connects the Southwest – Southeast – Central Highlands and ASEAN countries through Hoa Lu border gate, helping the transportation of goods to be smooth and save time when arriving at Becamex – Binh Phuoc Industrial Park.

Security, customs and fire prevention agencies are located within the area.

2. Location of Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park

Transport infrastructure connecting airports, seaports, international border gates

• National Highway 13: with a total length of 80 km from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Phuoc.
  National Highway 14: asphalt road with a length of 112.70 km: connecting the Central Highlands with Ho Chi Minh City via Binh Phuoc; soon connecting with the Southwest region. The starting point intersects with National Highway 13 at Chon Thanh intersection to the border of Dak Nong province.
  DT 741 Road: with a direction almost parallel to National Highway 13, connecting the provincial center with Dong Phu and Phuoc Long districts. This route has a total length of 135.8 km connecting with Ho Chi Minh City via Binh Phuoc province.
  Inter-provincial routes connecting with Tay Ninh and Lam Dong provinces have been completely paved. The route connecting with Dong Nai province is being expanded.
  Phase 2020 – 2025: developing the Trans-Asia railway connecting with Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand as well as the railway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Southwest region of Vietnam.

3. Technical infrastructure of Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park

Internal roads: The entire internal road system has a road width of 15m to 25m, convenient for large container trucks to move in and out of the factory; at the same time, there are main routes connecting to National Highway 14 to help keep traffic smooth.

Electricity: The national grid system, medium voltage power lines (22KV) are invested and built along the traffic routes around the land plot, which is very convenient for the Investor to install a low voltage power station to bring electricity into use for production and business activities. At the same time, the Company has also deployed a power supply system in Industrial Park Zone A.

Water: The factory provides clean water on-site, supplying to the boundaries of the Investor’s land plots and treating wastewater centrally (according to ISO 14001:2015 standards). Water plant capacity 120,000 m3/day and night

Wastewater treatment plant: Receives treated wastewater from Investors (type B) and will treat it to type A according to regulations before discharging it into the environment. Wastewater treatment plant capacity 80,000 m3/day and night.

Telecommunications: Modern digital & telecommunications infrastructure and solutions.
